Important information about your privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us and we take great care to ensure that your personal information is secure, including your personal dental and medical history information that is obtained in the course of assessing your eligibility for clear aligner treatment.  Apart from information shared with our dental partners required to properly assess your eligibility from clear aligner treatment offered, we never share your personal information with other entities except in cases of compliance with applicable local, state, or federal law.

The HIPAA Privacy Rule (also called the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information) in concert with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) governs the use and disclosure of your health information.  In compliance with HIPAA, we are required to give our patients notice regarding how their medical information can be used and disclosed, and how you can get access to this information.
